ORGANIZING CONDITIONS

Purchasing the ticket buyer manifests assent to the organizer's conditions:


1. Tickets

Tickets are sold in the sequence of confirmed orders untill the capacity of festival halls is full.
The organizer of the festival makes 48-hour tickets booking via www.filmfestfinale.cz.
The remaining tickets will be available 120 minutes before the festival event starts.
Purchased tickets can not be taken back or exchanged.
For a ticket refund, the customer is entitled only if the action, for which the ticket was bought, is canceled.
The entitled ticket refund must be applied immediately, but one week after the date of the event the latest. Postage is not refundable.
Counterfeiting of tickets is prohibited and punished according to law.
Ticket sale will be started on February 28 , 2011 at the premises of the Měšťanská beseda (entry hall).


2. Box Office

3. Discounts

The organizer will provide a discount on presentation of a valid certificate of entitlement to the appropriate discount.
Discounts are always applied to one ticket per event.
Discounts can not be combined.

ONLINE TICKET RESERVATION DOES NOT ALLOW THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS WITH DISCOUNTS! Discounts can be applied only when buying tickets at the box office.

4. Access to festival events

Festival visitor´s behaviour must respect the instructions of the organizers and the members of fire patrol.
It is not allowed to bring tape recorders, film cameras, cameras or video cameras to the festival venues. It is strictly forbidden to tape, record, film or photograph, even for private use.
It is forbidden to bring with flammables and manipulate with an open fire at any festival venues.
It is forbidden to bring pets to any festival venues .
Festival visitor under the effect of alcohol and/or psychotropic substances will not be allowed in festival venues.
Visitor who disturbs the program with any unsuitable behaviour will be escorted from the festival venues with no right for the fee refund.
Using mobile phones and/or smoking is prohibited during any festival program.
Visitor shall take his place in the auditorium no later than 10 minutes before the event starts. After the event beginning, he will not be allowed to access the auditorium.

5. General Provisions

Visitor gives an explicit consent that photographs, films or video recordings of his person which are taken during any festival event or in connection with it, may be presented now and in the future without any financial compensation and the temporal or spatial restrictions.
Festival organizer reserves the right to change the cast performance or the event venue or the agenda. Program is a subject to change.
According to the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 101/2000 Coll. DOMINIK CENTER Ltd. guarantees that the entrusted personal data are considered strictly confidential and will never be sold or transferred to another company or person. All personal data are strictly confidential and will be used only for purposes connected to the company DOMINIK CENTER Ltd.
