TICKET RESERVATION

1. Click on the event to view details.
2. At the bottom of the page, you will find the field "Screenings and Tickets“.
3. Specify the desired number of tickets.
4. Click on "Book".
5. Selected tickets will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
6. If you want to continue in the selection of other tickets, select the next action and repeat the process. This way you can book tickets for unlimited number of events.
7. To complete the reservation, go to the shopping cart and select 'Book Tickets'.
8. In case of successful reservation, the screen will display the reservation confirmation. The copy of the confirmation slip, including a list of selected tickets and other details will be automatically sent to your e.mail. Please print out this confirmation and present it when picking up tickets.
9. Validity of the reserve is always 48 hours. Duration may vary for individual reservations. For the exact validity of reservations, please see the confirmation slip.
10. Tickets can be picked up at the Měšťanská beseda (Kopeckého sady 13, daily 12:30pm – 7:00pm) immediately after booking.
11. The time limit for booking of tickets is 20 minutes. After this time, it is necessary to log in again.
